UK FREE RETURNS
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your online purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the sale price. Please return the item(s) in their original packaging with tags attached, unused, and in perfect condition.

Returns Procedure:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
All tags must be attached.
Complete the Postal Returns Note received with your order and enclose with your item(s) inside the parcel.
Each delivery includes a prepaid returns label, allowing you to return your order free of charge.
Securely package your parcel and drop it off at any Post Office.
Please obtain a proof of postage, and retain with you, in case your parcel is lost in transit.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on tights.
Refunds:
It can take up to 12–15 working days for us to receive and process your return.
Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds usually appear in your account within 3 working days of processing.
If your refund does not appear after this period, please contact your bank or card issuer.
We are not responsible for any bank charges incurred during the refund process.
Please note: We currently do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, kindly return the original and place a new order online.

Faulty Items
If you’ve received a faulty item, please contact talktous@lbvfashion.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

Description of the Issue
Important: Do not use the faulty item after discovering the issue, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers may return items at their own cost via their local postal service.
Please use a standard, trackable service and keep proof of postage for your records.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days after we receive your return.
