Deliveries Outside Mainland UK
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Inverness, and Aberdeen may face delays due to courier restrictions. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen issues may cause disruptions. Delivery charges are usually non-refundable in such cases.

Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs or import duties may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country. If you have any concerns, please contact your local Customs office.
PO Boxes
Delivery to PO Box addresses is not available. Orders must be sent to a residential or work address where someone can sign for the parcel.
Additional Delivery Information
Order Processing:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Please allow extra time during peak periods.
Delivery Confirmation:
A signature may be required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery twice, leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place, or redirect it to a local collection point before subsequently returning the parcel to us. We are not responsible for missed deliveries.
Multiple Deliveries
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Please check your dispatch email for details. If your order is split, you’ll receive separate emails and tracking numbers for each shipment.
Also, review the receipt/invoice inside each package to confirm which items were included. Any remaining items will arrive separately.
Missing Items
If you’ve received all parcels but items are still missing—and both your dispatch email and invoice show all items should have been delivered—please contact us at talktous@lbvfashion.com.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The name(s) of the missing item(s)

Returns
FREE RETURNS:
Items should be returned together with your dispatch note and must be unused, in perfect condition, and with their original tags and packaging.
You can return full-price items within 28 days of receipt and sale items within 14 days of receipt.
